  Prompt Delivery and Installation of Equipment’s:  We pride our self in having one of the most efficient clearance systems at the Kenyan port with a turnaround time of a maximum two days for every item imported into the country. As a result we deliver goods to our customers in time. With a large local inventory we are able to service most of our orders ex stock.

 Warranty:  We extend warranty from manufacturers to all our customers for items purchased. Depending on the terms of warranty from the manufacturer we do cover warranty on manufacturer's defect parts and whole sets of equipment. Upon expiration of the warranty period, we negotiate a service maintenance contract with our customers.

 Certifications and Licensing with relevant Authorities: Biofirm Technologies is licensed by the Kenya Pharmacy and Poisons Board import and distribute, medication and diagnostic consumables within the country, we also have upto date relevant licenses in our countries of operation such as local Government trade license, Tax Compliance, Value Added Tax (V.A.T) amongst other statutory registrations (Documents available on request).


 We are certified by various manufacturers to install all the equipment that we supply to our customers. Installation is generally done on site by our certified technicians who ensure assembly of parts are done correctly, local regulations are met and that the equipment has passed quality testing.Our technicians also demonstrate to confirm that the equipment is working properly after installation and to the satisfaction of the customer. This is normally done at no extra cost to our esteemed customers and is part of our after sales service.

After successful installations or on request by our customers , we offer user training services on the various equipment that we sell.

We provide manuals and user guides to help our customers understand how the equipment works and take them through short courses that will improve lab proficiency . We also provide helpful hints and information in helping them to fully utilize the equipment purchased.
